Standard Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy applies to most properties unless otherwise noted on the property listing.
Refund Schedule
Free Cancellation Period
All bookings include a 48-hour free cancellation period from the time of booking, as long as the check-in date is more than 14 days away.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation:
- Log into your account and navigate to "My Bookings"
- Select the reservation you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Reservation" and confirm
- You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of documented emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer additional flexibility.
