The Beaches

Dennis is blessed with beaches on both sides of the Cape, each with its own personality. The bay side offers calm, warm waters perfect for families, while the south-facing beaches bring the energy of Nantucket Sound.

Mayflower Beach

The crown jewel of Dennis's bayside beaches. At low tide, you can walk nearly a mile out on the exposed sandbars, making it a paradise for shell collectors and families with young children. The sunsets here are legendary—arrive early to claim your spot.

Corporation Beach

Another bayside gem with the same warm, gentle waters but often fewer crowds than Mayflower. The beach gets its unusual name from a 19th-century fishing corporation. Today, it's known for excellent swimming and spectacular tidal pools.
