Just pick your dates and click Reserve. You'll get an email right away with check-in instructions and everything you need to know. Pretty straightforward.
Cancel more than 7 days out and you get a full refund. Less than 7 days, it depends on the property. The exact policy is always shown before you book so there are no surprises.
Usually 2 nights, but during busy times like summer weeks and holidays it might be 3-7 nights. It's always shown on the listing.
Usually, yes. Just message us and we'll figure it out. If the new dates have different pricing, we'll let you know.
We put a hold on your card (usually $250-500) but don't actually charge it unless something goes wrong. It's released within a week after you check out.
Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is 11am. Need to arrive early or leave late? Just ask. We can usually work something out if there's no one checking in right after you.
All our places have keypad locks. You'll get your code the day before you arrive. No need to meet anyone or deal with keys.
No worries. The code works whenever you get there. Just give us a heads up so we know you're coming.
Everything you need: sheets, towels, kitchen stuff, toiletries, WiFi, TV. We also leave coffee and some basics so you don't have to run to the store right away. Beach chairs and outdoor gear depend on the property.
Yep, all our places have good WiFi. Fast enough for streaming, video calls, working remotely, whatever you need.
Some of our places allow dogs, some don't (for guests with allergies). Check the listing or just ask us. There's usually a small pet fee.
Yes, free parking at all our places. Usually room for 2-4 cars.
Our Cape Cod places have AC. The lake house in New Hampshire doesn't need it, honestly. The lake breeze keeps it comfortable.
The nightly rate covers the place, linens, WiFi, utilities, and basic supplies. There's a cleaning fee (shown before you book) and taxes. That's it.
When you book. If you're booking way in advance (60+ days), we can sometimes split it into two payments. Just ask.
Yes! A week or more gets you 10-15% off. A month or more is 20-25% off. It's automatic when you pick those dates.
All major credit cards. No cash or checks, sorry.
Call or text us. If it's urgent (no hot water, AC died, etc.) we'll get someone there fast. For smaller stuff, just let us know and we'll take care of it.
Yes, we have local contacts for each property. Their info is in your check-in instructions. But you can always reach us directly too.
Friends stopping by during the day is fine. But everyone staying overnight needs to be on the reservation. No parties, please.
Our Dennis places are about 5-10 minutes from several beaches. The lake house is right on the water with its own dock.
Cape Cod has beaches, bike trails, whale watching, cute towns. The Lakes Region has swimming, boating, hiking, skiing in winter. We have guides for both areas with our favorite spots.
