We're a family-run vacation rental business in New England. We own and manage every property ourselves, so when you book with us, you're dealing directly with the people who care about your experience.

Hey! I'm Maxwell. My mom and I have been hosting guests in New England for a few years now. We started with one beach house on Cape Cod and it kind of grew from there.
We really do care about making sure you have a good time. It's not just something we say. When you message us, you're talking to us, not some property management company.
We grew up spending summers on the Cape and weekends at the lake. We know these areas really well and we're always happy to share our favorite spots. Just ask.
How This Started
Honestly? We had a beach house that sat empty most of the year. My mom suggested we try renting it out. I was skeptical at first, but we gave it a shot.
Turns out people really appreciated having a place that felt like a home instead of a hotel. They liked being able to text us when they needed something. They liked our recommendations for where to eat and which beaches weren't too crowded.
So we added another property. Then another. Now we have places on Cape Cod and up at Hermit Lake in Sanbornton, New Hampshire. We've stayed in all of them ourselves (obviously, they're ours) and we only rent out places we'd actually want to stay in.

We're not trying to be Airbnb. We're just trying to be good hosts.
